IN-HOME NAIL TRIMMING
Wagging Tails provides in-home nail trimming for your dog and cat. This is to provide more personal care for your loved pet and alleviate stress caused from taking your pets outside of your home. Nail trimming for cats occurs more in their older age. A geriatric cat tends to not groom itself as much, which includes not filing down its’ claws. This in turn can cause the nails to grow in a circular fashion or grow into the footpad. When dogs’ nails grow too long , they will curve and dig into the paw pads, whereby the dog will have difficulty walking because of the pain. Your dog will place his weight further back on his paw to help him in walking.

Our nail trimming visits typically last 30 minutes and all of our visits include:

Help to educate owners about nail trimming and good care of nails and paws
We keep track of your pet's last trimming to remind them of future appointments

We provide a "no fee" consultation to meet and greet you and your pet(s).
The consultation consists of learning about the wants and needs of your pet(s) and how we can provide the utmost care. Our main concern is that your pet’s environment stay as normal as possible while you are gone and that you come home to a healthy and happy pet.
