With our 30 years of experience working with animals at veterinary facilities, our in-home team provides insight and care for your pets.

Daily & Overnight Vists

Our daily visits start at 30 minute intervals and increase as requested by the owner. The daily visit is a check in with the pet(s) to let them out, socialize with them and replenish bowls as needed. Administration of medications as needed. The overnight visit is a 10-12 hour interval which includes the above plus any maintenance such as litter box, plant care, etc.

Pet Walking

A well walked dog tends to have less energy and in turn oftentimes behaves better. It helps in maintaining weight, keeps joints limber and also provides mental stimulation. It also helps to build a stronger bond between the pet(s) and the owner.

Medical Care

With the experience and knowledge of veterinary medicine, we can administer oral medications, give injections such as insulin, subcutaneous fluids and assist in post operative care. We can offer preventive care information which in turn could be cost effective and help your pet(s) live a longer and healthier life.

Nail Trimming

With our mobile nail trimming service, we also help to educate pet owners about proper nail care such as pet(s) having a difficult time walking when the nails are too long and can possibly cause lameness. A comfortable pet is a happier pet.

Pet Socialization

Socialization begins during the early weeks of your pet's life. During early puppyhood and kittenhood, pets need to be exposed to a variety of sounds, smells and stimuli without becoming fearful. If this doesn't occur, they never learn to be comfortable around unfamiliar environments, which can create anxiety, fear and aggression. Positive experiences in your pet's life will help to create a healthy and happy pet.

Wagging Tails provides in-home pet care at your home while you are away. This is to provide more personal care for your loved pet and alleviate stress caused from boarding pets.

Through our years of experience we have found that boarding a pet can have traumatic and psychological affects on them. Some of the common concerns are separation anxiety, not eating, and Kennel Syndrome. Also, there is always a chance to get Kennel Cough.

Nail trimming is a fine art that should only be done by professionals experienced with animals’ nails. Our nail trimming is done in the safety of your home on your time.

Neglected nails can lead to discomfort or infection, not to mention the damage they can do to your floors and furniture. If your dog’s nails appear long or brittle, or if you hear a constant clicking sound when they walk, these are clear signs that it is time for a trim. It’s best to start this routine with a professional to prevent injury to your dog or cat.
